I spearhead senior management committees to shape our strategic direction, overseeing both strategic and tactical initiatives. A major focus is cultivating strong relationships with senior military stakeholders and OEMs, while also developing and leading in-country Government Relations and brand recognition efforts.
I manage event strategies for defense exhibitions and air shows, foster business transparency through internal communications, and support the EMEA BD Senior leadership team for regional coordination.
I ensure the full operational capacity of the CAE Inc. entity to back the NH90 Program.
I track financial performance and streamline expenses by establishing partnerships with hotels, car rentals, freight forwarders, and office providers. Enhancing employee welfare and productivity is accomplished through needs assessments and skills development.
I guarantee Health & Safety regulations are current and uphold security protocols in line with legal and military requirements, including ITAR and NATO standards. My role involved formulating, executing, and upholding program initiatives to fulfill and elevate organizational objectives. Analysis, modification and improvement of pre-existing publications for a better use of the unmanned system within the military boundaries and across domains.
Senior Instructor Pilot and Head of Standardization and Evaluation Office: Management of the complex of publications, technical manuals, statistical data and courseware to provide an interface that allows the user and the customer to easily and quickly access all the required material while, at the same time, enhancing the teaching/learning experience.
